A Reader's Review is an Author's Lifeblood

Treasured words from a reader's review invigorate the lifeblood of a writer's spirit and passion.

It isn't that the author craves having their ego pumped, though a good review certainly boosts the soul. The real value comes from the feedback the writer receives.

An author prefers to leave their readers with an impression that sticks. Until a reader shares their true feelings about how the story impacts them, the author is left wondering, how do they really feel?

The greater the number of reviews, the truer the consensus assessment for the author and potential readers to ponder. There is no better symbol of gratitude for a good read than a reader's opinion in the form of a review. A reader's impressions help authors feel whole and invigorated, heralding renewed creativity.

If you appreciate an author's work, seriously consider leaving a simple review on Amazon, GoodReads, or other source of the book you read
 — it doesn't need to be elaborate. Help energize that writer to publish more creations for your future enjoyment!
